Quality Policy

This policy outlines the fundamental elements determined by the management and embraced by university staff to design, implement, and ensure the sustainability of the quality assurance system across the academic and administrative units of Tarsus University. Aiming to become a university pursuing excellence at the national and international levels by ensuring the quality of the services it provides with a development-oriented approach, Tarsus University:

  • Conducts all its activities with a quality-oriented approach based on the principles of accountability, performance orientation, specialization, and diversity, within the framework of the “plan, do, check, and act” (PDCA) cycle.

  • Takes into account, evaluates, and reflects the opinions and suggestions of stakeholders—an essential component of quality culture—into its practices.

  • Carries out measurement and evaluation activities systematically, shares the results with the public, and implements the necessary improvements.

  • Aims for continuous improvement in education and training, research and development, social contribution, internationalization, and governance activities.

  • Adopts a student-centered approach in education and training processes by embracing innovative practices, encourages accreditation for all academic programs, and allocates resources required for accreditation, internal and external evaluation activities.
