Quality Assurance Policy

This policy outlines the fundamental principles adopted by the management of Tarsus University and embraced by its staff to establish, implement, and sustain the quality assurance system across the university’s academic and administrative units. Striving to become a university that pursues excellence at both national and international levels by ensuring the quality of its services with a development-oriented approach, Tarsus University:

  • Conducts all its activities with a quality-oriented approach based on the “plan–do–check–act” (PDCA) cycle, within the principles of accountability, performance orientation, specialization, and diversity.

  • Considers, evaluates, and reflects the opinions and recommendations of stakeholders—an essential component of a strong quality culture—into its practices.

  • Carries out measurement and evaluation activities systematically, shares the results with the public, and implements necessary improvements.

  • Aims for continuous improvement in its education and training, research and development, societal contribution, internationalization, and management activities.

  • Adopts a student-centered approach by following innovative practices in education, encourages accreditation across all academic programs, and allocates the necessary resources to support accreditation processes as well as internal and external evaluation activities.
