Our university has activated the international academic internet network, eduroam (education roaming). From now on, students, academics, and administrative staff will be able to securely access wireless networks at universities around the world using a single username and password.
So, what is eduroam?
Eduroam is an identity-authentication-based wireless internet access service that provides roaming convenience among higher education institutions. Users can access the internet at other universities using their home institution’s login credentials. When you visit other institutions—whether within the country or abroad—you will be able to connect to their eduroam network just as you do here.
